Discussion questions

What self care practices give you inner strength?

What foods make you feel nourished?

Are you in touch with yourself enough to know how what you’re eating is affecting your mind, body and soul?

Purim is about the power that comes from within! It’s about being a minority and finding strength in yourself.

Jews today, depending on where you live, are still the minority. In what ways are you challenging the norm for the greater good of your people?
